PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

Do you use recycled board in files?

On the whole we do not use recycled board as it is not as strong as board made from virgin pulp. It is our view that it is more environmentally friendly to produce one file that will last than to expend energy producing inferior files that will not. All our board is produced from well managed forests that meet the PEFC standards.

What is Hytrel?

Can you make suspension rails to fit our units?

Yes - we can produce rails to fit all types of storage. Please contact our sales department on 01704 222100 for further details regarding measurements and costings.

ORDERING

Can I request sample files?

Yes you can - we will provide sample files upon request, free of charge.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum quantity is the same as the pack quantity stated by each product.

Is there a carriage and handling charge?

Yes there is a carriage and handling of £6.30 for orders valued less than £50.00 . Carriage and handling is free of charge to UK mainland destinations for orders valued £50.00 and over, and for title insert orders .

Is there a carriage and handling charge for UK offshore islands?

Yes there are standard shipping charges available on line for Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland at present.

We will contact you with a carriage and handling price for any other offshore island, for your approval.

Is there a charge for consultation / site survey / advice?

No - we offer a free no-obligation service.

Do you supply to residential as well as commercial customers?

Yes, we have over 5,000 clients on our customer database, and these cover a wide range of users such as government bodies, limited companies, residential customers and trade companies.

DELIVERY

How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?

We try and deliver standard files to you within 4 working days of you placing the order, although often we do better. If the delivery is going to be longer than 4 days or the order is for specially manufactured product, we will let you know.

RETURNS

What if the goods arrived damaged/faulty or incorrect products have been delivered?

In either of these cases, please inform the sales department on 01704 222100 immediately and we will arrange for collection. We will also arrange immediate replacement producs. You will incur no further charges.
